Cartel del Primavera Sound 2017 en Barcelona

Desde hace años el Primavera Sound se ha convertido en el festival musical más importante no solamente de Europa, sino del mundo. Recientemente el portal Consequence Of Sound hizo un top de los mejores festivales y, como era de esperarse, llegó al #1 por segundo año consecutivo.

Lo interesante de ver carteles a seis meses de distancia, es que nos da un panorama de lo que vendrá para el primer semestre de 2017. Un claro ejemplo es el inminente regreso de Arcade Fire, que si bien se presentó en algunos festivales este año sin disco bajo el brazo, muy probablemente lo hará para mediados de año. Aphex Twin también es otra de las rarezas del cartel, que hasta ahora solo ha confirmado una fecha en el Day For Night Festival, esperemos que sea un set complejo y no un DJ Set como suele hacerlo.

El regreso a los escenarios de Broken Social Scene, un emotivo tributo que hará Seu Jorge a David Bowie derivado de su participación en la película de Wes Anderson de The Life Acquatic, el extraño icono musical de Grace Jones y otras joyas que deberán explorar en el cartel, lo vuelven un destino muy atractivo para el próximo año.
